Eating healthy doesn't mean that you have to eliminate entire food groups or live on salads. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or a meat eater, you will walk away with meal and snack ideas, websites and apps to help, and ways to plan ahead so that you don't fall victim to grabbing junk in a hurry. You don't have to be perfect in this! Make healthy choices about 90% of the time and you will feel the difference. But, if you are not planning ahead, you are setting yourself up for failure.
