With all of the information available at our fingertips, it is easy to get confused. Curious about what is myth and what is fact? Stop by to learn about what is safe and effective for our bodies. Just because you see immediate results with some of these diets doesn't mean that it is healthy and doesn't mean that you can maintain those results long term. My goal is to help you flip your perspective from being "skinny" to being "healthy". You are worth it!
